CHARACTERISTICS AND FURNITURE CARE (CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS)
Please note: wood has natural attributes which mean that our solid wood products will have inherent characteristics, such as knots, small bumps and cracks.
There can be a variance in colour and grain within the same piece of furniture due to the inherent characteristics of natural timber. Solid wood furniture tends to naturally move over time. ( natural expansion and contraction with hot and cold weather)
Do not expose your furniture item to harsh conditions like direct sunlight or right next to a fireplace. The furniture we supply is not suitable for outdoors AT ALL. Not even on a covered patio.
Timberer will not be held accountable for items damaged due to circumstances of dramatic climate exposures out of our control.
Most of our wood is treated with Rubio Monocoat
Wipe water and wine spills immediately.
Do not use harsh chemicals.
Wipe with a clean damp cloth. Dry immediately with a soft cloth.
We recommend the following aftercare & protection treatments:

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS:
Once your order has been confirmed any cancellation must be sent in writing. As each furniture piece is handcrafted to your specific specifications, the cancellation will incur charges, which vary depending on the status of production and how far the order has progressed.
REFUNDS:
Products are custom made to order and non-refundable.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund as long as the furniture has not been exposed to the conditions mentioned above.
Refunds will not include any delivery cost charged unless the goods delivered were faulty, damaged or sent to you as a result of our error.
